1. Service Categorization & Pricing

  • Clear Modalities: Distinctly separate main services: Boarding, Grooming, Daycare, Training. Use a clean card or grid format (Unit Principle clickability) where owners can immediately find the service they need.
  • Transparent Requirements: Prominently display vaccine blockades/requirements (e.g., Rabies, Bordetella) before the booking flow to reduce administrative friction later.

2. Trust, Safety, & Emotion

  • High-Quality Imagery: Use bright, engaging photos of actual animals (or high-quality proxies). The design must evoke joy and safety.
  • Facility Showcase: Include a gallery or “Tour Our Facility” section to prove cleanliness and open space, assuring owners their pets are not cramped.
  • Testimonials & Social Proof: Highlight reviews specifically mentioning the care and attention individual pets received.
